What we supply
We keep the range narrow on purpose. A short list we know every dimension of is worth more to a buyer than a catalogue of 400 items.
Handshowers with slide rails, riser pipes and brackets. ABS or brass bodies, chrome, matte black and brushed nickel finishes. Flow restrictors fitted to US, EU or AU requirements.
Double-lock and smooth-bore hoses, 1.5 m and 2 m standard. EPDM or PVC inner tube, stainless braid, brass or stainless nuts. G1/2 connection, 1.5 MPa working pressure.
Your logo on the handle or the escutcheon, your packaging, your barcode. We quote tooling separately so you can see exactly what one-time cost you are agreeing to.

How ordering works
Country, channel, target shelf price. That decides the flow rate, the thread and the certification route before we talk about money.
Model number, dimensions, finish, packing. You approve the document, not a photo of a sample.
FOB Xiamen, with the MOQ and lead time written next to the price. Samples come out of stock where the model allows.
Pre-shipment inspection, then export documents. Certification paperwork is sent per model — we do not forward documents that do not list your model.
On certifications
Ask for the certificate of the exact model you are buying. A certificate covering one model in a family does not cover another. We send the actual document with the model number visible, and we say plainly when a model has no certificate yet instead of implying that it does.
Typical routes: cUPC / ASME A112.18.1 & CSA B125.1 with NSF/ANSI 61 & 372 for handshowers; ASME A112.18.6 & CSA B125.6 for hoses; EN 1112 and EN 1113 in the EU, alongside WRAS, KTW, ACS or KIWA depending on the member state.
